Founder

20+ years of experience in senior commercial and management management in the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors. Managed multi-division, regulated product launches, market development, and merger operations. Now, he brings his global business development, negotiation, and leadership experience to the technology operations in Türkiye and the region with Flaibee.

Gökhan Şahinbaş

CTO & Cofounder

12+ years of software development, integration, and microservice architecture experience. He has led payment systems, banking integrations, and social media API projects at companies such as SetCard, Ziraat Teknoloji, and Generali Sigorta. An end-to-end technology expert from backend to frontend (ASP.NET, React, Angular), he is building Genesis's technical backbone with strong problem-solving skills and team leadership.

Ozan Yeniçeri

CFO & Cofounder

20+ years of senior-level experience in financial markets, asset management, and the digital asset (crypto) sector. He has held executive positions at leading Turkish institutions such as QNB Finans Yatırım, Re-Pie, and BtcTurk. Licensed by the Capital Markets Board (SPK), he specializes in strategy, compliance, and business development in both traditional finance and the digital asset ecosystem. He leads Genesis's financial vision and investor relations.
